Over twenty years of nonprofit management experience in creating leadership programs, staff education, relationship management, training, and development of diverse organizations. Jody developed her training specialization in crisis management, conflict resolution, and effective communication practicing as a counselor and case manager in Maryland rehabilitation institutions and shelter services. By using case studies and modern application, Jody and her team are able to help clients identify and maximize employee talent for increased growth, leadership and team development.

James Hessler has been a Licensed Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg National Military Park since 2003. Author of three award-winning books on the Gettysburg campaign, including Sickles at Gettysburg and Pickett’s Charge at Gettysburg. Frequent speaker and numerous media appearances including C-SPAN, NPR, Travel Channel. Co-host of the popular. He was one of the primary content designers for, and appeared in, the Civil War Trust's mobile Gettysburg application. He is a popular speaker at Civil War Round Tables and has appeared on NPR, Travel Channel (Monumental Mysteries, 2015), PCN-TV, Breitbart News (Pickett's Charge 150th Anniversary), and Civil War Radio. He was featured in the July 2013 issue of "Civil War Monitor" magazine and the book, "Searching for George Gordon Meade" (2013). Jim is an adjunct professor at Harrisburg Area Community College (Gettysburg campus). In addition to being a member of Gettysburg's Association of Licensed Battlefield Guides he is also a member of Little Bighorn Associates and Custer Battlefield Memorial Association.
Licensed Battlefield Guide Chris Army has a strong background in Operations Management, Sales, Sales Management, Branch Management (P&L), Change Management, and Continuous Improvement. Chris currently serves as an executive trainer for Johnson Controls, Inc. focused on product sales and application courses. Chris’s unique background and career experience allow him to utilize his battlefield guide talents for developing and presenting engaging content in live, Video Instructor led, and eLearning classes on all aspects of a business product, sales, management, strategy, vision, and growth.
Author of a Blue & Gray Magazine feature on the North Carolinian Brigade of Alfred M. Scales, Chris continually works on Gettysburg-related projects and programs focused on Leadership Development. He is a past president and board member of the Adams County Historical Society.
Eric Lindblade was born and raised in North Carolina and began his study of the Civil War after a trip to Gettysburg at the age of six and has been a Licensed Battlefield Guide since 2016. He attended East Carolina University and is the author of "Fight As Long As Possible: The Battle of Newport Barracks” and is currently finishing up work on a regimental history of the 26th North Carolina.
Eric is a frequent speaker on topics pertaining to Gettysburg and his research specialty, North Carolina, and the Civil War. He is also the co-host of The Battle of Gettysburg Podcast with fellow Licensed Battlefield Guide Jim Hessler
